The World’s Biggest Yacht Being Built
The owner’s identity is remaining a secret but someone with a whole lot of money is having the world’s biggest yacht built. The cost will be $1 billion and it is called Project Deuce.
The price tag will actually go as high as $1.2 billion with an operating cost of $20 to $30 million a year. The super yacht will be 40 meters longer than the current ‘big boy’, Azzam, the new superyacht will come in at a whopping 222 meters, or 728 feet.
In comparison, the U.S. Navy Destroyer USS Cole is 505 feet. The owner of the world’s biggest yacht wants to make difficult, if not impossible, to build a bigger ship.
