According to the Lewiston Sun Journal, the 18 hole Turner Highlands Golf Course is for sale.

The list price is $1.75 million and includes the 18 hole course (on 143 acres of land), the Fore Seasons restaurant, 7,000 square foot clubhouse, and three rental units.

While it has been around since 1993, George and Donna Chiasson and Donna’s brother, Dave Iannotti, bought the property as an investment in 2004  They went into the business with the idea they would own it for about 15 years.  After building it up, they feel the time to sell is now.

In addition to the golfing, the restaurant and event space hosts a significant number of weddings and parties.

The property is listed with Malone Commercial Brokers
