It’s a library of 89 seasonally-inspired recipes of nutritional philosophies through fitness company TB12. Some of the recipes include avocado ice cream and sweet potato gnocchi with escarole. (what the heck is that?)

Brady says he wanted to share another step toward achieving peak performance.

Brady’s company says an initial printing of the book has already sold out, and new orders will begin shipping in early June.

Oh by the way, the book cost $200.
