Update From Sarah's Trip To New York

My recent trip to New York brought some good news...and some set backs. But, we are feeling the warmth from the light at the end of the tunnel. The journey continues to be long and we will continue to overcome these hurdles.

This trip was for me and my daughter, Emma. I'm finally on the up side of things. Emma...well, we have some work for her. Here's our update:
