If you follow the weather, like most of us here at the station do, there is a good chance that you have noticed meteorologists and newscasters spending a lot of time talking about Winter Storm Fern.

Up to this point, they have spent most of their time focusing on how the storm will affect the south and midwest.  However, it looks like we could see a significant impact from the storm in New England.

We already knew that we would be starting the weekend with frigid temperatures, read more about that HERE, now we are hearing that we can expected a significant snow storm on Sunday into Monday.

According to Weather.com, Central Maine will see anywhere from 12"-14" over the course of Sunday afternoon into Monday evening.

Aroostook County will likely see around 4" of snow throughout the day on Monday
