About Zach Bryan

According to his website, Zach Bryan is a singer and songwriter from Oologah, Oklahoma, and he carries that small town pride in everything he does.

He spent seven years in the Navy before receiving an honorable discharge, and you can hear every mile of that journey in his music.  His voice is rough around the edges in the best way, mixing old school folk with a touch of outlaw country.  It hits you right in the chest.

His big break shows exactly who he is. There is a video of him performing “Heading South,” filmed on a phone outside his Navy barracks on a sweltering ninety five degree day.  He is standing there covered in sweat, guitar in hand, singing words he had written only a few minutes before.  It feels honest.  It feels raw. And it is the kind of moment you cannot fake. Millions of people have watched that clip with no help from the industry, and even more have found their way to the soft and sincere songs on his first album “DeAnn,” which came out in 2019.

Zach keeps his words simple, but he knows how to dig deep.

Few artists can match the feeling he puts into his work. He believes that who you are is tied to the person you show up as today, and you can hear that belief in every song he shares with the world.
