Maine Gas Prices Lower Again This Week

According to the price-monitoring website GasBuddy.com, the average price for a gallon of gasoline in Maine dropped nearly 3 cents per gallon this past week for an average of $2.94.

The national average is down to $2.82 a gallon.

Maine gas prices are down almost 24 cents in the past month and are over 46 cents a gallon lower than this time last year.

The lowest gas price in Maine was reported at Cumberland Farms in Berwick at $2.75 a gallon and several gas stations reported prices under $2.80 a gallon.
