Week 7 of college football saw four upsets in the top 20. Number 5 Stanford fell to unranked Utah 27-21, Utah’s first win against a top 5 opponent in school history. After outlasting LSU last week, #7 Georgia lost to #25 Missouri 41-26, the first time Missouri beat a top 10 team on the road in 32 years.

Other upsets: Unranked Texas beat #12 Oklahoma in the Red River Rivalry 36-20 and unranked Penn State won over#18 Michigan 43-40.

#1 Alabama easily won over a 1-3 Kentucky team 48-7.

#2 Oregon was held under 60 points but still beat #16 Washington 45-24.

#3 Clemson was losing at the half to Boston College but came back strong in the second half and won 24-14.

#8 Louisville had a tough test but their defense kept them in the game and beat Rutgers 24-10.

Johnny Manziel and #9 Texas A&M  beat a tough Ole Miss team as the fourth quarter was an up and down the field affair.  Final 41-38.

#10 LSU and #17 Florida in a SEC battle saw the Tigers beat the Gators 17-6. Even though Florida lost their defense hasn’t given up a passing touchdown so far this season.

Maine Black Bears were off this week but you can catch them at home on the 19th against William and Mary.
