Wrapping Up Phase 1 With Mend-A-Body Solutions!

I can't believe my first week is almost over.  Feels great!  It's familiar...my healthy self is returning.  It feels so good to feel this way.  I have more energy already and I'm also noticing some physical changes.  The mind is a crazy thing, if we know this is a better lifestyle, why do we poison it with garbage?
