13 Inducted to the Maine Sports Hall
The Maine Sports Hall of Fame inducted 13 new members during the annual awards ceremony on Sunday.
The event at the Collins Center for the Arts in Orono had a variety of sports represented.
Madison native Booby Wilder who quarterbacked the University of Maine from 1984 to 1987.
Jason Bartlett from Windsor who had over 7,000 wins in harness racing.
Dana Bullen president of Sunday River for more than a decade and helped grow the ski industry in Maine.
Reagan Carey who played ice hockey and volleyball at Colby College and now in the general manager of the U.S. women's ice hockey team.
Patrick Dempsey, the actor that created the Dempsey Challenge.
