62,000 Pounds Of Beef Recalled

According to News Center Maine, Aurora Packing Company Inc is recalling over 62,000 pounds of beef due to E.Coli concerns.

The recalled products were packaged on April 19, 2019 and have the bear establishment number “EST. 788.”

According to Wikipedia, Escherichia.coli (or E.Coli) is one of the main causes of "food poisoning".  Symptoms include cramps and diarrhea.  In Smaller children and the elderly E.Coli could cause serious medical problems.
