For the last couple of years, several new locations of Brickyard Hollow have opened to rave reviews. The original Brickyard Hollow location opened in Yarmouth back in 2017. Fast forward just six years later, and the brewery/pizza purveyor is operating eight locations all across the state of Maine. That aggressive expansion is set to continue, because Brickyard Hollow has leased a space at 180 Main Street in Biddeford.

According to the MaineBiz insider, Brickyard Hollow is set to join several other popular restaurants in a busy stretch of Biddeford sometime in the not-too-distant future. Their new space at 180 Main Street is located near Cowbell burger bar, Richie Ribeye, OG's Sandwich shop, as well as the famed Palace Diner.

Brickyard Hollow's notoriety has quickly grown in Maine. Their concept of operating as a craft brewery and craft pizza restaurant has made them popular in all corners of the state. They currently operate in Portland, Freeport, Ogunquit, Brunswick, New Gloucester, Skowhegan, Eustis, and their home location of Yarmouth. They've opened their New Gloucester and Brunswick locations in just the past few weeks. Their eventual Biddeford location will be number nine.

When Brickyard Hollow recently opened their two newest locations, it took a few weeks for them to build out and set up the new brewpubs to fit their style. It'll likely be the same for the new Biddeford location, meaning a grand opening date is likely weeks (perhaps a couple months) away, but it's likely to become a local favorite quickly.
