This weekend it’s back to Daylight Savings Time. That means we ‘spring’ forward and lose an hour of sleep.

The official time for the change is Sunday, March 11 at 2 a.m. but if you’re like most people you’ll turn the clock ahead Saturday night before you go to bed. If you’re like ‘me’, you’ll remember to turn the clock forward sometime Sunday.

While we may lose an hour of sleep we do get an extra hour of daylight. It’s not really an extra hour but will have daylight later in the day.

Enjoy this time of the year because we will ‘fall back’ to Standard Time on November 4.
