Gov. Mills Still Owes Money For Inauguration

It has recently come to light that the committee in charge of paying Governor Mills Inauguration still needs to raise $67,000 to pay off their tab to the Augusta Civic Center. The total cost for the January event was $120,000 and according to WGME it may have to wait 'til early summer.

Mills has been allowed to raise money but has not gotten as many as she would like to have raised. Her inaugural committee only took in $2,545 from mid-February to May 1.
