"That guy" alert: Next week marks six months to Christmas! Already thinking about your holiday plan for 2017? Well, you may want to take advantage of those Christmas In July sales this year. Or, at least have the majority of gifts squared away by the time you hear Christmas music dominate stores. As the Wall Street Journal has reported, shoppers might see an increase in prices or shipping fees around that time. UPS announced Monday that it will increase shipping costs for retailers during certain weeks, and analysts suggest FedEx may do the same. These increases will include Black Friday and Cyber Monday. According to Bloomberg, from Nov. 19 to Dec. 2, UPS will add a 27-cent charge to ground packages for residential deliveries. That's an increase of about 3.4% over last year.

Shop early, don't get the price hike!
