Madison Man Arrested In Skowhegan On Multiple Drug Charges
A Madison man was arrested in Skowhegan after a traffic stop by the Somerset County Sheriffs Department.
Jonathan Charron, 34, of Madison, was pulled over, and ultimately arrested for several charges including aggravated trafficking in a scheduled W drug, possession of a scheduled W drug and violation of conditions of release according to a report by centralmaine.com
Charron was stopped on Middle Road in Skowhegan and after a search of the vehicle he was driving, police secured fentanyl, methamphetamine, suboxone, other pills, and almost $7,000 in cash.
Charron is currently being held in Somerset County Jail and his vehicle has been seized. It's possible additional counts may be charged against him.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
