As I'm sure you know, the need for food assistance in Maine is huge right now.
As Mainers, we are known for our kindness and compassion in times like these. Together we are here to support and uplift one another in any way we can, and its truly what makes being a Mainer so special to me.
If you are looking for a way to help and want give back to your community, we are here to help you do that!
The Mainers Helpings Mainers Virtual Food Drive is your chance to help out tens-of-thousands of your fellow Mainers.
This is your chance to donate to the Good Shepherd Food Bank, the largest hunger relief organizations in the State of Maine.
Volunteers are working around the clock to provide food for Mainers in need.
Your donations will help more people then you know, it will provide food to people in need that have been affected by social distancing and quarantine. So please, if you are in a place to donate even 1 dollar or maybe 5 dollars it all goes to help other Mainers!
