We've all heard of Freedom's The Lost Kitchen.  Ya know, the restaurant where the only way to get a reservation is to send in a postcard.

It looks like the woman behind that internationally known eatery is getting her own TV show.

According to the Bangor Daily News, chef Erin French will be starring in her own docuseries produced by interior design TV personalities Chip and Janna Gaines.  The show, which will be called "The Lost Kitchen", will premiere next week on The Magnolia Network.  That's the standalone TV channel created by the Gaines.

The show will be one of 10 new shows featured on the network.

You may have heard that The Lost Kitchen remained closed this amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.  Her reason for remaining closed even as the state reopens?  French feels that social distancing and masks just don't work with the ambiance of her restaurant.
