MISSING: Help Dog Find His Owner!

This cute adorable pup, according to a post on the Maine Lost Dog Recovery Facebook, was taken from his owner on 5/18/2017.  The owner was at a Raggae Festival in Waterville when the puppy was 'stolen' or 'taken'.  Waterville PD have been informed.  

According to Facebook:

This beautiful dog was taken from my brother during a Reggae Festival on 5/18 in Waterville, ME. Our family is looking to take the dog back from my brother who had it. It will be going to a loving home with other pets. Please help us locate this puppy.
