The Cage bar in Lewiston, which closed in January 2023, has been bought by new owners who were old regulars, according to the Sun Journal.

Kevin Barrett and Steve Beaulieu purchased the legendary bar from its former owners Denis Webber and Randy Collins, the news station reported. It took a few weeks to obtain all of the necessary permits and licenses, and now the spot is officially under new management.

The Cage also posted on Facebook that they were re-opening theirn doors on March 9.

That said, the Facebook page also revealed that a grand reopening would be happening on March 25.

The Bar highlighted live music with Whiskey Dan Band, happy hour specials, giveaways and more for the grand reopening.
