Scrummy Afters Closing Hallowell Storefront

Since late summer 2012, Scrummy Afters Candy Shoppe has been a go-to for Central Maine kids, adults with a sweet tooth, and the curious.

Now, due in part to the uncertain times brought on by the coronavirus pandemic, big changes will be coming to the candy shop.

According to a post on their Facebook page, proprietors Kim and Hilary have announced that they'll be closing their 136 Water Street, Hallowell storefront.  The good news is that they are not closing the business.  They'll be directing the time they have been spending on their storefront to focus on their online business and mobile candy shop.
