I was expecting so much from the first episode. I really want to see how accurate the new judges would be and see if I agreed with them.

I was SHOCKED!!

I know it's only my opinion and, we welcome yours, but there were two young ladies that I think really should have been sent home.

The first being the young lady from Israel, Shira Gaveilov. He backstory said she had a number one single in Israel and she came to America to take a bite out of the apple. She sang a version of Amy Winehouse's 'Valerie'.  We were sitting on the couch and Chad and I said out loud "There's no way she's going through." BUT we were wrong! Could not believe it!!!

The second being New Jersey blueberry picker Sarah Restruccio. She sang Carrie Underwood's 'Mama's Song'. She has a nice voice BUT she was all over the place! She never stayed in the same key!!! When Keith Urban said he loved her, our jaws dropped!!!  WHAT IS GOING ON?????  Didn't they hear it??

Who DID I love? Angela Miller who sang 'Mama Knows Best', Christina Isabelle with 'Summertime' and Tenna Torres, the  young lady who went to Camp Mariah when she was little. She sang a fantastic version of James Taylor's 'You've Got A Friend'.

Let's see who tonight brings!
