Boston Red Sox Slam 5 HR, Clay Buchholz Wins Opener [VIDEO]

Opening day could not have gone better for the Boston Red Sox. Dustin Pedroia hits two homeruns. Hanley Ramirez hits two, including a grand slam. Mookie Betts goes deep. Clay Buchholz goes a strong seven innings. All by the way, former Portland Sea Dogs.

The Sox won over the Philadelphia Phillies, 8-0.

Buchholz gave up just three hits in his seven innings. He struck out nine and walked one.

Pedroia had three hits, Betts and Rameriz had two each.
