Support Families Who Have A Child Battling Cancer – Come Listen To Sharon Hood & Dixon Road

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.  The Aliza Jean Family Cancer Foundation is putting together a concert on Sunday, September 13th.  Sharon Hood & Dixon Road will be performing.  All the proceeds raised at this event will go to families in Maine who have a child battling cancer.

When a child is diagnosed with cancer, the pain and fear for the parents is unimaginable.  When you add the financial burden to that, it's just overwhelming.  The Aliza Jean Family Cancer Foundation wants to help ease that stress for Maine families.   If you can't make it to this special event, please visit their website to find out other ways to donate.

The concert will be at the Center Theater in Dover-Foxcroft and will start at 2pm.   Admission is $10.
