I bet when Lewiston Police Sgt. Wayne Clifford went to work on Thursday morning, he probably didn't expect to have to try and rescue a skunk. The skunk had its head stuck inside a glass container and Sgt. Clifford was capture on dashboard camera video of his rescue of the stuck skunk.
