U.S. news put out their list of the top 100 jobs; these jobs are considered the best when it comes to salary, work-life balance, job security and the right mix of all of these. Health care jobs made up 40% of the list with business and social services coming in strong.
#1 went to Software Developer, designers of computer software, databases and games. Growth in this field is expected to explode in the next few years.
#2 is Computer System Analyst, the understanding of networks, software and hardware and how the work together.
#3 is Dentists, with more people taking care of their teeth and gums this career is expected to add 23,000 new jobs by 2022.
#4 went to Nurse Practitioner; this is the number two most popular Health Care Career with the need of 37,100 new positions in the next 10 years.
#5 is Pharmacists, there are nearly 300,000 pharmacists but the profession is expected to grow by 14.5% by 2022.
