Toby Keith will be entering the Songwriters Hall of Fame for the many songs he has wrote or co-wrote. He has penned a number one song every year for the last 20 years.

His first chart topper was ‘Should’ve Been A Cowboy’ and ‘How Do You Like Me Now’. He’s also had hits like: ‘Beer For My Horses’, ‘Courtesy Of The Red, White and Blue’, ‘I Love This Bar’ and many more.

Toby has sold more than 40 million albums in the past 14 years and has had almost 90 million air plays on radio. Others joining him in the Hall will be country songwriter, Bobby Braddock, who wrote songs for George Jones (He Stopped Loving Her Today), Tammy Wynette and George Jones’ ‘Golden Ring’ and Billy Currington’s ‘People Are Crazy’ and many more.

Others being inducted: Grateful Dead’s Jerry Garcia and Robert Hunter, Cyndi Lauper and pop songwriter Linda Perry. The induction ceremony and award dinner will be June 18 in New York City.
