You Can Get There From Here – Inside Look At Sarah’s Procedure

On Friday the 13th, I'm having an angiogram of my brain.  My skin crawls at the idea of how they are performing this procedure.  A lot of things make sense...but this??  The doctors will pass a camera through my femoral artery (IN MY LEG)...

That camera, ultimately, ends up in my brain (FROM MY LEG) to give detailed imaging to the doctor.  It just seems like an unnatural path to take...but anatomy, clearly, proves otherwise.  Yes, I'll be asleep...THANK GOODNESS.  I was curious as to how this is done...so I looked it up on YouTube.  Regretting it already...
