'All My Children' and 'One Life To Live' may be returning as soon as 2013. All My Children, which aired for 41 years, ended it's run in September 2011. One Life To Live wrapped up this past January after 44 years on ABC.

Prospect Park had made a licensing deal with ABC in 2011 to resurrect both shows online. They had planned to start airing both shows at the beginning of 2012, but Prospect Park stopped working on the project in November 2011, due to financial and logistical issues.

However, just like characters on a soap opera, the shows might come back from the dead! Prospect Park has signed deals with the actors union and the directors guild to begin production in early 2013. With things starting to proceed for the shows to return, preliminary discussions have begun with actors from both soaps to come back.

Many of the actors from 'One Life To Live' have moved to Port Charles and are appearing as the same characters on 'General Hospital.'

Soap fans, are you hoping that 'All My Children' and 'One Life to Live' return? Do you want to have Erica Kane and the Buchanan family back?  Will you watch them online?
