Andy Capwell’s Week One Mend A Body Results
I weighed in last Sunday, February 9th with my official starting weight as I started my mend a body program. One week later, I lost five pounds! I was hoping for two pounds, but five, I’m still in shock.The professionals with Mend A Body coach you. They go over the program with you and give you help with any questions you have.
I learned plenty in just the first week. I adapted my diet my drinking plenty of water, eating vegetables that I haven’t eaten in years, and not only what to eat, but when to eat.
