Spectrum Generations needs your help!

Spectrum Generations is looking for volunteers to help with their Meals on Wheels program. From delivering food to making and packaging up meals, no job is too small. With 7 locations throughout the state of Maine, the need is enormous and is needed now more than ever.

Meals on Wheels is such a fantastic program that offers nutritious meals to 403 individuals a week right here in our community. Sadly, often the only interactions a week these individuals get is with their Meals on Wheels volunteers. Not only do volunteers change these people's lives, but they also become their friends.

Volunteer Needs include

• 2 Preppers needed - Mondays-Fridays from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
• 3 Packers needed - Mondays and/or Thursdays from 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.
• 1 Delivery Driver needed - Wednesdays and/or Fridays from 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
