Randy Travis has filed another lawsuit, this time in federal court, to block the release of the video of his 2012 DWI arrest. According to theboot.com his lawyers are saying it would be a violation of federal medical privacy and disability laws. In 2013 Travis pleaded guilty and received two years’ probation and a $2,000 fine.
