Today is Boss’s Day and if you’re lucky, you have a good boss, but that’s not the case in all businesses. A new survey done by social and internet sites shows 69% of corporate employees quit their job because of a bad boss. That’s 7 out of 10 people leaving because of the boss. The number one complaint among those quitting a job was the boss was a bully, humiliating and isolating them from coworkers.

The survey shows employees decided to leave their job rather than work with a boss or senior supervisors that put too much aggravation in their life. The respondents, mostly in the age group between 20 and 37, showed other reasons for leaving the workplace, a boss being inflexible, constantly threatening to give out pink slips and never giving credit for work well done. According to Daily News and Analysis, the survey also concluded, working for a bad boss is very stressful which can bring on insomnia, depression, migraines, chronic muscle pains and a weak immune system.
