It's Election Day 2014. Maine will be voting for governor, U.S. Senator, both U.S. Congressional office, along with many bond issues. Including the bear baiting question. With our 'Tanksgiving' Food Drive underway, I knew it would be tough to get to the polls today. So, I woke up early and got to my voting location just after 7 a.m.

The turnout was very large. There was a line just to get into a voting booth, then a line to submit your ballot into the electronic counter.

I vote in Ward 4 in Augusta at Cony High School and in the 9 plus years that I have lived in Augusta, I have never seen it that busy.

It looks like Mainers are flexing their constitutional muscles and voting today.

Have you voted?
