'B98.5 Texaco Country Showdown' winner, Ryan Wimbish, won the New England State Finals at the Tunbridge World's Fair in Tunbridge,Vermont! Ryan is scheduled to call into the Morning Buzz with Randy McCoy and Sharon Buck on Monday with a recap from the event!

Ryan won $1,000 and will move on in the showdown to the East Regional at Hershey Park in Pennsylvania on October 27th. The last Maine entry to win the whole showdown was 'The Don Campbell Band' in 1999. We'll be rooting for Ryan and keep you updated right here on B98.5.
