Updated 11-21-29 5:00 PM
According to the KJ, the body of 88 year old, Matthew Pratt, was recovered from East Pond this morning. According to the office of the State Medical Examiner, they believe this is more likely an unattended death as opposed to a death related to the car crash. Pratt's son reportedly contacted authorities Wednesday evening after not being able to reach his father since Tuesday. When police arrived at Pratt's home to do a welfare check, they noticed parts of his 2020 Toyota visible just above the water line on the shore of East Pond.
