Central Church is collecting food items for the next two week, and each location has specific items that can be found on the Central Church website.

There’s also an Amazon wish list they put together to make it easy to donate the exact items Central Church is seeking for specific baskets and the cool part is it is mailed directly to them.

Central Church is collecting in hopes of being able to deliver as many as 300 boxes.

Last winter, they were able to serve countless families across Maine with a box of food. While it may seem simple, it was one of the largest outreach programs to come out of Central Church in 2020. This year, there’re doing it again and they need YOUR help!

The boxes will contain items for five days worth of breakfast lunch dinner and snacks for an average family of four.

Registration for people that need a food box will open on February 15 and boxes will be delivered within 48 hours of that requested delivery to be made within 40 minutes of one of Central Church's locations.

Currently the plan is to have the food box program open for two weeks and then will they reassess from there.

They also figured doing the food box program around school vacations would be really helpful for those that are already in need of a little extra soon.

Please help anyway you are able.
