Classic Maine Video: Cop Tries to Arrest Cows in Windham

There are just some Maine classics that will never NOT be funny, like that famous video of the state police traffic stop freakout from the early '90s (watch it below... not much has changed!), and this video of the police in Windham trying to arrest a couple of cows definitely makes the list.

We don't know a lot about this video or where it came from, but it's freakin funny! It's summer in Maine, and life is good. Enjoy it!
