Gardiner Regional Middle School Will Be Closed Monday
According to Centralmaine.com and a letter sent out by Patricia Hopkins, superintendent of the Gardiner-area school district, Gardiner Regional Middle School will not hold classes today, Monday, November 15th, 2021.
The closure of Gardiner Regional Middle School is directly related to staff shortages due to more than a quarter of staff and students either having covid or being a close contact.
As a reminder, it is asked that if your child has ANY of the following symptoms, they do not attend school and, as always, reach out to their care provider to discuss covid-19 testing protocols.
- • fever or chills
- • cough
- • shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- • fatigue
- • muscle or body aches
- • headache
- • new loss of taste or smell
- • sore throat
- • congestion or runny nose
- • nausea or vomiting
- • diarrhea
