Goodwill Employee Finds $600 In Donated Wallet And Helps Find The Owner

Marissa Jenness had worked for over four years for Goodwill in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. She has scene many donated items and help go through them to get them ready for the retail store. Last Friday, she went through a donated wallet and what she found inside shocked her.

Inside the wallet were six $100 bills.Jenness brought the wallet and the cash straight to her manager.

The contacted the Portsmouth Police Department and the police managed to find part of a name imprinted on the plastic. They found the lady who donated the wallet, she donated it recently, after her husband past away.

Jenness hopes this can inspire others to always have good will no matter what.
