How Is My Child Old Enough To Attend High School Homecoming?

I don't know where to begin, so I'll start by saying I have no idea where the past 14 almost 15 years have gone. It's so true when people say the days go slow and the years fly by. I often feel like my kids are growing faster than I'd like, but it also means I get to enjoy each season of their growth.

Saturday I was hit with a serious amount of emotions as I got my daughter prepped and ready for her first Homecoming dance.

It doesn't seem possible that I'm at a point in my life where my kids are celebrating high school events, but it's here, and I couldn't be prouder of who My B-girl has grown to become.

I leave you with this as I sit here sobbing because Kenny Chesney said it best...
