Kristi Took Her Kids To Maine's Biggest Fair For The 1st Time

Yesterday kicked off the 2021 Fryeburg Fair, and it did not disappoint.

Not only was it the perfect deary fall day, but it was also so exciting seeing people from all over New England come together to eat, laugh and play.

If you know me personally or have even listened to the show long enough, you may know that I grew up traveling the Maine Fair circuit and sometimes throughout New Hampshire. Some of my first jobs were making fried dough, running a ski ball game, and even babysitting for the owners of the midway.

As I grew up and became a mom and wife, I knew it was in my blood and that I would likely pass the love of carnivals on to my kids. I was correct. My daughter B is already working her Summers for her grandparents, and My son Logan is almost at the right age to join the "family business."

For the most part, Logan and B have been to every single fair in Maine, all except for Fryeburg Fair. Fryeburg Fair usually is one I attend alone or with my husband Stephen, but this year we wanted to introduce them to Maine's Largest Fair!
