Okay, you did it, you moved out of your parents house for the first time, you're excited, you're feeling adult...ish, but now you're not sure where to go from here. Well good news, I am here to help! There are many things you can do to make your life easier with your new place.

-Get paper plates, plastic silverware, etc. Stuff that is disposable. Sure glassware and ceramic stuff is nice, but it also requires you to do the dishes, and that's never fun.

-Macaroni and cheese is your best friend. Sure, a lot of people might say top ramen is the best way to go, but I think mac n cheese is better. You can get 5 boxes for 5 bucks at Wal Mart, that's most of your weekly dinners right there. Sure, you might put on a little weight, but don't let others judge you, they're just jealous because they're not eating mac n cheese.

-Get a gaming system. X Box One and Playstation 4 are your best options. With their online connectivity, you can stream Netflix, Hulu, and whatever else straight from to your TV.

-Invite your parents over as much as possible, but remind them that under your roof, they are your rules and you're not afraid to ground them.

-Do your best to leave work at work, and school at school. If you have homework to take care of, do it at the library, find a place away from your home, away from the distractions that you can focus on doing your best.

-Keep the place clean! for the love of all things pure in this world, you want that security deposit back! Take pride in your new home.

-Save every quarter you get, for laundry, trust me, they come in handy.

-If you have a roommate, make sure they are someone responsible, I don't care if they're "your best friend" if they squander their rent on something trivial, you're out of luck.

-Consider a furnished apartment, they are a little more expensive, but they come in handy when moving out and you can save up more frequently, but make sure you check reviews for the locations.

That's all I got, thanks for reading. Best of luck in your new chapter.
