Maine Cornfield Maze Named Second Best In The United States

It seems like, over the last few years, family entertainment has really gotten back to the basics.  While this trend started before COVID-19, the pandemic has really ramped-up the trend.  Families are going for walks in the woods, going for bike rides, and visiting outdoor attractions in (what seems like) greater numbers than ever before.

Because of this, it should not be much of s surprise that we're seeing attractions like cornfield mazes popping up everywhere.

Even though there is no doubt that we have some of the best cornfield mazes in the country, it could surprise you that Central Maine is home to the 2nd best cornfield maze in America.

According to Fox 23, Levant's Treworgy Family Orchards have been named runner-up in USA Today's list of the best cornfield mazes in the United States.

Who was the winner?  Devine's Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch in Harrodsburg, Kentucky.  Other mazes on the list include Cherry Crest Adventure Farm in Pennsylvania, Cornbelly's in Utah, and Happy Day Farm in New Jersey.

This year's maze, which pays tribute to Charlotte's Web, will be open through October 31st.  While you're there, have something to eat (apple cider donuts, ice cream), buy something fresh from the farm, and make time to pet the goats.
