Most Overused Office Phrases

Foxnews.com put out a list of the most annoying phrases people use in the workplace.

A poll conducted called Jive Communications, looked at 2,000 American workers and came up with the most 'cringe' worthy office phrases.

Here are the top 5 on the list:

Give it 110 percent

Think outside the box (I hate this one)

Hammer it out ( if you're a carpenter, sure)

Heavy Lifting (never heard of this one)

Throw them under the bus (this is the most overused phrase of all time for me, unfortunately we all know people how will do this is a heartbeat)
