Oldest Man in the World Dies
The oldest man in the world has passed away. Yasutaro Koide died at the age of 112 in Nagoya, Japan.
Koide was born on March 13, 1903 and was officially named the oldest man in the world by Guinness World Records in Augusta of 2015. He died of heart failure and pneumonia on Tueday, January 19th, 2016.
It’s not clear who will take his place as the oldest man in the world.
The oldest person in the world is an American, Susannah Mushatt Jones, who is 116 years old.
