Skowhegan Annual River Fest Continues Throughout The Week

You don't want to miss this! Starting next Tuesday, August 2nd, the annual Riverfest Celebration begins again! The event will run from Tuesday to Sunday, August 7th. The whole week is filled with great, fun, family-friendly activities and lots of delicious food.

Tuesday kicks off the celebration with a car show, dinner, and concert! The following days include all kinds of activities; a brewery tour, bingo, kayaking and canoeing races, a lobster bake, live entertainment, a family fun day filled with kid-friendly activities, and Moxie Outdoor Adventures is even offering up free rafting rides down the Kennebec.

One spectacle that cannot be missed is the BED RACES! Yes, people push beds on wheels down the streets to see who can go the fastest! The bed races are a spectacle that should not be missed. Register to participate in the bed race by filling out this form.
