A study from the University of Utah Pain Management Center found that music can ease pain. Almost half of people living with constant pain found some relief while listening to music and with the 16 to 24 year old crowd, it was closer to 70 percent.

The top five songs that were reported to help are:

'Bridge over Troubled Water' by Simon and Garfunkel.

'Angels' by Robbie Williams.

'Albatross' by Fleetwood Mac.

'Candle in the Wind' by Elton John.

and 'Easy' by Lionel Richie.
