The Assistant Property Manager role supports their property managers and assists the board and owners in complying with rules/regulations. This entails daily interactions with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts, initiate requests, coordinate services, and more.

Real estate and property management experience is a plus, but not necessarily required for this position. Property management is like running a small town so this is great for natural problem solvers and those with a customer-oriented personality. 

Their Maintenance Technicians work in the areas of carpentry, light electrical, painting, drywall, and more. Applicants should have some experience, but training will be provided in some areas.
