The Assistant Property Manager role supports their property managers and assists the board and owners in complying with rules/regulations. This entails daily interactions with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts, initiate requests, coordinate services, and more.

Real estate and property management experience is a plus, but not necessarily required for this position. Property management is like running a small town so this is great for natural problem solvers and those with a customer-oriented personality. 

Their Maintenance Technicians work in the areas of carpentry, light electrical, painting, drywall, and more. Applicants should have some experience, but training will be provided in some areas. If you’re handy, this offers a great work environment with a large variety of jobs to keep you engaged — from kitchen renovations to sliding repairs.
