The Maine Shrine Lobster Bowl This Saturday
The Maine Shrine Lobster Classic is coming this weekend, Saturday, July 16. The high school senior all-star game benefits Shrine Hospitals for children.
It’s an East-West match-up with a 150 student athletes and coaches from all over Maine. The student athletes are high school seniors who have just graduated and are about to enter college. They are nominated to play in this prestigious game by their coaches and selected by a committee from the Maine Athletics Association.
Gates open at 1 p.m. and the game kicks off at 4. The game is played at Waterhouse Field in Biddeford.
